Within the scope of the lecture "Strategic Management of Information Systems in Medical Care and Research", the following topics are covered: strategic framework planning, strategic monitoring and control, strategic management in health care networks, IT service management, IT governance, reports by practitioners from various health care institutions on topics of strategic information management. Individual teaching units are designed by external speakers and partly in the form of e-learning.
